Pilates is a movement therapy system developed by Joseph Pilates. It works the muscles that stabilise the trunk and allows us to use our limbs and body more effectively. It also helps you to start using muscles that support the spine during its movement. What can Pilates help with? - Back Pain

How can we help? We offer one-on-one pilates instruction with Chartered Physiotherapists which is normally a half hour session. This is especially good for those contemplating attending larger classes and who are worried about what it is all about. It would also benefit those more experienced in pilates exercises who would like to extend themselves further.
